Lyme Disease and arthritis have made my goal for the past 20 years functionality. Participation in numerous and varied exercise classes has made me aware that many well meaning instructors often have had inadequate training to deal with my individual problems. Over time classes with Corrine have noticeably improved my flexibility. Her rigorous training often manifests itself as she modifies exercises for me and I feel safe working with her.
