After taking a few private Pilates lessons with Corrine I've realized the benefits are numerous in various areas. The stretching and strengthening has benefited me in many sports I play such as golf, hockey and snowboarding. Corrine has shown me various stretches to start my day that help me through daily activities. She is a patient, caring instructor, who takes the time to ensure the exercises are performed correctly. She makes sure she faces me when she speaks so I am able to hear and understand the instructions. I will definitely continue taking Pilates with Corrine.
