Essential oils have long been known for boosting the immune system, relieving pain and stress, as well as calming and energizing. This class is designed
to release mind, body and spirit through exercises and aromatherapy. You will leave knowing you’ve just done a fantastic service for yourself.
BLT
BLT (Buttocks, Legs and Thighs) is designed to target your legs, thighs, hips and gluteus muscles as well as the midriff
from every angle and every direction. This entire area of the body works synergistically, so for maximum results it is important to work systematically.
Based on classical and modern Pilates repertoires, this class will sculpt, reshape, and contour those targeted areas. This is a challenging class that
will move forward aggressively. You should have a fairly strong core to begin this class.
Triple Decker
Triple Decker targets the upper body. Working the shoulder girth, upper back muscles and targeting into the
top upper layer of abdominal muscles. This class is designed with modern day stresses in mind. As society hunches over desks, computers and is in general
in a state of flexion, our upper back begins to weaken leaving stresses in various parts of the body. Working with small apparatus, this class is designed
to re-strengthen, stretch and release the upper back.
Just Dessert
Just Dessert is the lunchtime version of the essential oil de-stress class.
Foundations
Foundations is designed for people new to Pilates. An emphasis on abdominal and back muscles leads to postural
realignment, core stability and greater range of movement and flexibility. You will feel your body start to change shape with even the simplest of
exercises. Learning correct breathing enables you to use your lungs at a fuller capacity.

Core Dynamics
Core dynamics targets abdominal and back muscles for strength, power and flexibility. You will see and feel
your “core” get stronger each week and gain a renewed sensation of power through your midriff. You will leave feeling strong and supported from the inside
out.
Small Equipment Circuit
The small equipment circuit incorporates different pieces of equipment (bands, weighted ball, foam
rollers, rotating disks and body balls) each week to target muscles and build full body strength and flexibility. Different systems of support in the body
are emphasized with each piece of apparatus and the training effect is multidimensional in each class.
Gentle Pilates
Gentle Pilates is designed for seniors, people recovering from injuries, and those who need to ease into an
exercise routine. An emphasis on posture, breathing, stabilizing and stretching, allows for a non-stress workout. You will leave feeling
invigorated, released and balanced.
Good Start
Good Start is for those wanting to start off the day with a full body workout. Targeting the core, legs, arms and
back, you will leave feeling strong, energized, and ready for the day ahead of you.
Teen Pilates
Designed for ages 12 though 17. Learn correct breathing skills, posture alignment and muscle awareness as you learn
various exercises. Being healthy and feeling good about you is what this class is all about. Know that when you feel good you look good too. Learn how to
relieve stress, improve concentration and realize the importance of precision through Pilates repertoire of exercises. Parents’ signed permission is

Private Sessions
Private sessions are designed specifically for you. You will have one on one attention with emphasis on
precision of movement, correct body placement, proper posture, breathing and control of each move. It is strongly recommended that you do at least one
private if you are new to exercise, are rehabilitating from injuries, or are not comfortable in a class setting.
